A WOMAN who is constantly asked how her boobs stay so perky has revealed the secrets behind her cleavage.
Jen took to TikTok to share a video in which she explained that her mum had always instilled in her the importance of standing straight.





Demonstrating as she stood up with a straight back and then a sloped back, she said: "As you guys can see, when my back is bending, my boobs are pointing down.
"If my back is straight, they are pointing forward.
"And I remember when I was young, she used to hit my back so bad that I would lose my breath - just so I could keep my back straight."
Her mum also told her it's important to maintain a regular exercise regime - with Jen developing a "boob workout" to help things stay perky.

She shared another TikTok as she shared the workout plan, which involved various exercises mostly involving the arms and shoulders.
"Immediate save," one person commented on the clip.
"How many of each do you roughly do ???" another asked.
To which Jen replied: "3 reps 12 times.

"That’s a shoulder workout…" someone else argued.
With Jen hitting back: "And chest and arms too - like do you guys know how muscles work?"
And it wasn't only her boob secrets people wanted to know.
"how is your stomach so defined??" someone else asked.
To which Jen revealed that "weight lifting" is the secret behind that.
