LITTLE Mix fans think the band's new single will be their last after finding 'clues' in the lyrics of the track.
New single Between Us - released today - is taken from Little Mix's upcoming greatest hits album of the same name, and on it the girls are reflecting over their successful decade-long careers.
In the opening line Jade Thirlwall sings: "When the curtains close and all of the lights go down, safe to say I'll stay, I will always stick around."
They give a nod to many of their hit singles, with Leigh-Anne Pinnock crooning: "Remember the day when we finally found our wings? It changed our lives, gave us power to do anything... damn we got history and all these sweet melodies."
Little Mix also appear to reference their recent fall-out with former band member Jesy Nelson, with the words: "We shared every misery, lived every victory, yeah we got synergy, if they hurt you they're hurting me."
Fans took to social media to react to the track, with many predicting that Between Us will be the last new release from Little Mix.
One wrote: "I think it sounds like their last song." Another simply said: "Between Us is their last single." Many wrote that the song had made them cry, and one fan pointed out: "They mentioned Wings, Change Your Life, Power and Sweet Melody."
It seems the fans are definitely preparing themselves for the worst, as one wrote: "If this is their last album together I don't think I'll be able to move on. Please don't let this be their last."
