A MUM has shared how she makes a cheap and simple 'North Pole Breakfast' to surprise her kids on December 1.
Crafty Daisy Woods, aka @muddlethroughmummy on TikTok, shared a video showing what she puts in the festive breakfast.
Beginning her video, Daisy said: "Put together a North Pole breakfast with me for my kids!
"This is a tradition we do on the first of December every year."
The savvy mum explained she uses the same decorations every year, before placing adorable Santa patterned bowls and a gingerbread house on the dining room table, which was already decorated with a Santa tablecloth and a gorgeous wreath.
"I did actually pick up some new bits this year, like the crockery", the mum of two said, before adding, "but I got those for £1.50 from Sainsbury's, so I was very pleased with that."

Daisy then placed some chocolate coins on the table, alongside a handmade sign which read: 'Welcome to the North Pole'.
Next, Daisy showed viewers how she made a Christmas tree out of grapes and a pancake which she made into a star shape using a cookie cutter.
"As you can see, it's super simple to make", she said whilst arranging the grapes into a tree shape below the pancake and then adding some candy cane smarties on top, to make baubles.
The mum also made a simple fruit candy cane by placing cut up pieces of banana and strawberries next to each other in a candy cane shape and added faces and chocolate buttons to marshmallows to make them into snow men.

Daisy then shared how she made pancakes into Christmas puddings by decorating them with chocolate spread and sprinkles.
"Honestly, these were really easy to make and they were delicious!", she said.
The mum continued: "This is such a cute simple tradition.
"You can go as basic as you want with it. It's just supposed to be a fun breakfast and it's all just to celebrate the countdown to Christmas."
Many people rushed to the comments to praise Daisy for her creative idea.
One TikTok user said: "Love this, so inspirational", while another added "I truly admire your effort. Hope they enjoyed it."
However, some people complained that the breakfast was full of sugar.
One user said: "No thanks , could be healthier," while another said: "A lot of chocolate and sugar for breakfast."
